TORUS ELECTRICAL is led by founder and Director Lee, a time served industrial electrician and electrical technician who started in the industry in 2008 and has worked across residential, commercial, industrial, manufacturing and food, ports, power generation and renewable energy sectors in both South Africa and the UK.

Having worked on everything from domestic installations and commercial projects to automated container cranes at major harbours in South Africa and the UK, textile and food manufacturing sites, hoist and fan motors up to 500KW, variable speed drive testing and repair, control panel design and fabrication, power generation facilities including LV and HV switchgear, transformers and machine commissioning, Lee brings a level of technical expertise rarely found in a typical electrical contractor.

Qualified in two countries including Solar PV, Battery Storage and Energy Storage Systems and EV chargers, he combines hands-on experience with a commitment to delivering safe, reliable and high-quality workmanship.

As the leader of the team on all jobs, Lee carries an ECS scheme Gold card and the 2391-52 Inspection and testing qualification in the United Kingdom.
